Your rights

Under applicable Dutch and European law, you as a data subject have certain rights with regard to the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. Below we explain what these are and how you can invoke these rights. In principle, we send overviews and copies of your data to your email address already known to us to prevent misuse. If you request the data at another e-mail address, for example by post, we will ask you to show proof of identity. We will keep a record of completed requests, in the event of a request to be forgotten we will manage anonymized data. All statements and copies of the data you receive are in the machine-readable data format we have in our systems.
